Visual notes are a wonderful alternative to meeting minutes, that can be collected & treasured, rather than stored away on a server, never to see the light of day again.

You can distribute the visual notes to your attendees after the event, pull out specific elements to use on social media, or simply send them to your colleagues to remind them of the amazing ideas they came up with during the meeting!

'Live Scribe,' 'Graphic Facilitator' or 'Graphic Recorder,' are three of the most common names given to an artist in this profession. In reality, your Artist will be a hybrid note-taker, listener and account manager - who also happens to have an ability to draw well!
